ESDHCxxVP4 15 V/24 V ESD Diodes for High Transient Currents

MCC's 15 V ESDHC15VP4-TP and 24 V ESDHC24VP4-TP are high-power, high-current ESD protection diodes engineered to provide the ultimate protection for high transient currents.

Boasting a peak pulse power of 5000 V and 15 V/24 V working voltages, these diodes deliver the versatility and reliability required for crucial applications, including network and automation equipment and communication ports. With a low clamping voltage from 24 V to 60 V, these devices effectively suppress voltage spikes, protecting sensitive electronics during ESD events.

The compact DFN2020-3L package enables design flexibility where space is limited without sacrificing performance. The diodes meet the IEC 61000-4-5 standards for surges ranging from 120 A to 200 A (8/20 μs). They also meet IEC 61000-4-2 standards, withstanding air and contact discharges of up to ±30 kV.
