The ESD36VD3A is available in the compact SOD-323 package and features a maximum clamping voltage of 75 V. For space-constrained designs, the ESD36VLHE3 is offered in the ultra-compact DFN-1006-2L package and provides a maximum clamping voltage of 80 V. This component is also AEC-Q101-qualified, making it ideal for automotive applications.

Boasting a maximum clamping voltage of 90 V and a SOT-23 package, the ESD36VT2B is compact and easy to use in electronic systems. These diodes meet stringent industry standards, receiving IEC 61000-4-2 ESD immunity test ratings of ±30 kV for air and contact discharge and up to 5 A (8/20 μs) in the IEC 61000-4-5 (lightning) protection test.
