Micro Commercial Component's 40 V auto-grade components with low RDS(on) come standard with superior thermal performance
Micro Commercial Component's MCACLS290N04YHE3 and MCACLS330N04YAHE3 components are designed to innovate automotive and other demanding applications. These two N-channel power MOSFETs with 40 V and on-resistance of only 1.1 mΩ have unlimited possibilities.
The AEC-Q101 qualification ensures quality and reliability. They offer superior thermal performance and efficiency. The DFN5060 package with dual-side cooling (DSC) features thermal pads on the top and bottom with an additional transfer path on the top for junction-to-case thermal resistance as low as 0.67°C/W. This feature offers a better temperature rise margin than traditional DFN5060 packages.
