SHP-30K-HV Series Industrial Standard Power Supply

MEAN WELL SHP-30K-HV series is a 2U rack type high wattage standard power supply that provides 30 kW in AC/DC single unit power supply. It features 3-phase 3-wire AC input and provides four standard models of DC output, including low voltage 55 V (<60 V SELV) and high voltage (HVDC) outputs at 115 V, 230 V, and 380 V. This series is particularly well-suited for a variety of applications in the field of new energy and advanced industries, including energy storage cabinets, energy storage walls, hydrogen power, wind power, solar power, and EV electric vehicle DC fast charging systems. It is also ideal for providing power to industrial IT big data servers, uninterrupted power supply (UPS) systems for datacenters, 5G base stations, various networking system equipment, industrial electrolysis equipment, semiconductor production equipment, and UV laser cutting.

As an expansion of the previous SHP-10K series, the SHP-30K-HV not only meets the customer demands by increasing the wattage but also improves the output parallel function up to >300 kW, provides complete programmable output voltage (PV) and current (PC) control functions, built-in CAN bus communication protocol (optional PMBus® or Modbus); it also provides OLP/OTP/OVP protections, DC-OK/fan failure/AC failure/overtemperature alarm signals, and 12 V_DC auxiliary power. This enables users to quickly integrate and monitor with terminal equipment for automation purposes. In addition to these features, the product adopts a green design with a high density 26 W/in³ and high efficiency up to 97%, complies with international safety certifications EN/UL62368-1, and has a standard 2U height 19” rack mount chassis as form factor so it can be installed in a 19” chassis/cabinet, making it suitable for various high-power industrial equipment.
