KMR6 Series Micro-Miniature Tactile Switches

Littelfuse KMR6 series switches, originally developed by C&K, are compact, surface-mount tactile switches designed for high-reliability applications. These microminiature switches feature a top-actuated design and are available in multiple actuation forces ranging from 1.2 N to 4.0 N, allowing for tailored tactile feedback. With a low-profile height of just 1.9 mm, they are ideal for space-constrained environments. The KMR6 series supports both silver and gold contact materials, offering options for standard and ultra-low current (ULC) applications. Their gullwing terminals are optimized for surface-mount technology (SMT), and they are rated for up to 32 V_DC and 50 mA (silver) or 10 mA (gold), with a bounce time of less than 3 ms.

Engineered for durability and performance, KMR6 switches are IP67-rated for watertight protection, making them suitable for harsh environments such as automotive, medical, industrial, and consumer electronics. They offer an excellent tactile feel and a long operational life, with some models rated for up to 300,000 cycles.
