High-Current, High-Voltage Cartridge Fuses – 526 Series and 527 Series
Littelfuse's high-voltage cartridge fuses are ideal for on-board chargers and power distribution units for electric vehicles
Littelfuse's 526 and 527 series high-current fuses are specifically designed and tested to meet the circuit protection needs of compact automotive electronics applications. These robust fuses include 300 VAC or 500 VAC/VDC ratings, depending on the series, and provide an excellent interrupting rating. Littelfuse's internal AECQ200-compliant, 526 series and 527 series fuses are ideal for onboard chargers (OBCs) and the 526 series is ideal for power distribution units (PDUs) in the latest electric vehicle designs. With available through-hole and bolt-down versions, they are flexible for either PC-board or screw assembly.
Features
- 526 series voltage is rated for 500 VAC/VDC with an interrupting rating of 10,000 A for 30 A to 50 A nominal current rating, 500 VDC / 300 VAC for 60 A in a small package
- 527 series voltage is rated for 500 VAC with an interrupting rating of 10,000 A for 30 A to 40 A, and 305 VAC for 50 A nominal current rating in a small package
- Internal AECQ200 compliance
- End caps with integrated stand-off leads and bolt down
- Compact body size of 6 mm x 32 mm (527 series) or 10 mm x 32 mm (526 series)
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C
