Laird Performance Materials' NA12065 series nanocrystalline sheets provide a highly permeable solution for EMI mitigation over a broad frequency range of 100 kHz to 100 MHz. A thin sheet of nanocrystalline material manages flux and absorbs noise more effectively than traditional, and often thicker ferrite materials, improving energy transfer in wireless power systems to achieve a higher charging efficiency. With a temperature range reaching up to +125°C, the nanocrystalline sheets are an ideal solution for high-temperature applications.
Placed on top of noise-emitting circuitry, the nanocrystalline sheets provide a thin and space-saving solution that suppresses EMI. The sheets are ideal for applications including datacom, data infrastructure, industrial, consumer/wearable electronics, and healthcare.
- Standard nanocrystalline layer thickness: 0.02 mm (available in two, three, or five layers)
- Made of thin highly permeable nanocrystalline with PET film and adhesive tape
- RoHS compliant
- Initial permeability: 1,400 kHz at 128 kHz
- Operating temperature range: -40°C to +125°C
- Custom sizes or thicknesses are available upon request
