The resin-coated AL series is a compact full internal electrode actuator that can operate up to +150°C and allows ultra-precise position control. The AL series is ideal for the use of high-power lasers in cutting-edge fields, such as semiconductor manufacturing, communications, processing, and medicine, as well as its typical applications.
