Jonard Tools’ FPM-55 fiber optic power meter with data storage measures and records both the absolute optical power and relative power loss in fiber optic cables. This power meter measures a wide variety of wavelengths from 850 nm to 1650 nm with a mere 0.01 dB resolution. It also measures eight preset calibrated wavelengths to determine absolute or relative power. The FPM-55 has an intelligent backlight control that adjusts the screen brightness automatically to reduce power consumption.
