JGDFV25/V Foot Valve Syringe Dispenser

Jensen Global's purely pneumatic foot valve dispensing controller includes a built-in regulator and gauge to control the flow of material, and a simple step-to-activate design built inside a protective housing. This unit allows for deposits of a wide range of thin or viscous materials such as solder pastes, masks, adhesives, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, cyanoacrylates, paints, inks, oils, lubricants, solvents, and more.

This unit is available in two options, with or without a vacuum. The vacuum version (JGDFV25V) comes with a built-in vacuum venturi regulator which allows pullback of material into the dispensing tip, reducing dripping and stringing of the material. The back of the unit has a 1/4" female thread with a standard male quick connect included. The foot pedal has a syringe adapter inlet port built-in to fit standard 1/4" OD tubing plus a reducer adapter to accept 5/32" OD tubing. The unit sits on the floor and has no electronics, making it safe for use in controlled environments where electricity is not allowed. It is excellent for use with pre-filled syringes of material or when loading empty syringes.

Included with the JGDFV25/V is a pneumatic foot valve and reducer fitting for 5/32" OD tubing adapters.
