JAE’s KN01 series high-density, waterproof connectors have been designed to meet the needs of industrial equipment where resiliency against harsh environmental conditions is crucial, such as robotics, automated machinery, machine tools, and railway applications. With a robust metal outer shell, this series offers superior connection, waterproof performance, and durability in rough environments. The rack and pinion system allows for effortless single-handed mating making it optimal for hard-to-reach areas, while the structure permits for the combined use of power and signal lines in a single unit. The KN01 series features an insert structure that is easily customizable to comply with various pin counts, levels of power, and signal continuity needs by configuring different insulator blocks. It can also be used as an I/O connector for general devices requiring multi-contact wiring.
