The Pxxx0S3N-A series protects exposed interfaces in automotive, industrial, and ICT applications, such as automotive electronics and AC power supplies. The Pxxx0S3N-A switching voltage is much lower than the alternative components. This protection thyristor series is rated 6 kV/3 kA (8 μs/20 μs), enabling equipment compliance with regulatory and customer surge requirements.
