They withstand a reverse voltage of 600 V, and the forward current rating is 0.7 A, 1 A, and 2 A, respectively. These silicon rectifiers have glass-passivated junctions, providing stable operation. They are assembled in a small-size SOD-123FL package ideal for automated assembly. All devices feature PPAP-3.
