Image of Infineon Technologies' TRAVEO™ T2G Cluster 4M Lite KitInfineon's TRAVEO T2G Cluster 4M lite kit serves as a cost-effective evaluation board specifically created for assessing the capabilities and attributes of the TRAVEO T2G CYT3DL. The CYT3DL is a family of TRAVEO T2G microcontrollers dedicated to automotive systems such as instrument clusters and head-up displays (HUD). The family features a 2D graphics engine, sound processing, an Arm® Cortex®-M7 CPU running up to 240 MHz for primary processing, and an Arm Cortex-M0+ CPU for peripheral and security processing. Moreover, it includes a WVGA GFX and two unique packages: 216-pin TEQFP and 272-ball BGA. The TRAVEO T2G CYT3DL family of products contains embedded peripherals supporting a controller area network with flexible data rate (CAN FD), local interconnect network (LIN), clock extension peripheral interface (CXPI), and Ethernet. The devices are manufactured using an advanced 40-nm process, incorporate Infineon's low-power Flash memory and multiple high-performance analog and digital peripherals, and enable the creation of a secure computing platform.

The TRAVEO T2G Cluster 4M Lite Kit comes with an integrated Miniprog4 for programming and debugging functions. Additionally, the inclusion of the CYUSB3014-BZXC facilitates the conversion of RGB display signals into USB packets, allowing for the visualization of RGB frames by running a media player application on a PC, thereby eliminating the necessity for physical displays.
