EVVO's driver IC is a high-voltage and high-current Darlington transistor array
EVVO's ULN2803A-EV Darlington transistor is a high-voltage, high-current driver IC with 8 NPN Darlington pairs. Each unit shares a common emitter and features an open-collector output.
A 2.7 KΩ resistor is connected to each Darlington pair in serial, which is compatible with TTL and 5 V CMOS for data processing without a logic buffer. ULN2803A-EV's sink-current is up to 500 mA. When it is off state, the withstand voltage is 50 V and the output can run with high load current, which provides solutions for various interfaces.
