PERSYST xSPI MRAM SC Series Memory Devices

Everspin Technologies PERSYST xSPI MRAM SC series memory devices offer a modern, high-reliability alternative to legacy memory technologies such as FRAM, SRAM, and nvSRAM. Built on the Everspin proprietary Spin Transfer Torque Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory (STT-MRAM) technology, these devices deliver true instant non-volatility, fast access times, and essentially unlimited read and write endurance, all without the need for batteries, wear leveling, or refresh cycles.

The SC series includes parts EM004LXQBDH10ISCR, EM004LXQBB310ISCR, EM008LXQBDH10ISCR, EM008LXQBB310ISCR, EM016LXQBDH10ISCR, and EM016LXQBB310ISCR cover 4 Mb, 8 Mb, and 16 Mb densities. The broader SC family also includes 32 Mb, 64 Mb, and 128 Mb options, offering scalable capacity for more data-intensive applications. These devices are designed as drop-in replacements for legacy socketed memory, enabling seamless upgrades while improving system performance and reliability.
