EDATEC’s power supply supports Raspberry Pi compute module I/O boards and all of EDATEC’s 12 V input computers

Image of EDATEC Raspberry Pi Single-Phase Power SupplyEDATEC’s ED-PSU1201 is a single-phase 12 W/12 V 1 A output power supply, which is designed by Kuantech Corporation and marketed by EDATEC. It is available in four versions: Australia, Europe, UK, and USA. It supports Raspberry Pi compute module I/O boards and all of EDATEC’s 12 V input computers.

This adapter features a small size and light weight (volume and weight only 20% to 30% of the linear power adapter). It also has high efficiency (generally 60% to 70%, while the linear power adapter is only 30% to 40%), its own anti-interference, a wide output voltage range, and modularity.

  • Reliability level of 50,000 hours MTBF at +25°C (rated input voltage and using the Telcordia SR-332 issue 3 method)
  • DC output voltage is safe extra-low voltage (SELV) and limited power as defined by IEC 62368-1
  • Natural convection cooling
  • The maximum room ambient temperature (TMRA) for the external power supply is +40°C (as mentioned in clause B.1.6 and B.2.6 of IEC 62368-1)
