ECS-TXO-20CSMV Series MultiVolt ™ Clipped Sine Wave TCXO

ECS' ECS-TXO-20CSMV MultiVolt clipped sine wave tight stability TCXO allows users to use the same device for many designs. It is a series of temperature-compensated clipped sine wave MultiVolt oscillators. These electronic components offer a frequency range of 10 MHz to 52 MHz with an ultra-tight frequency stability option of ±0.5 ppm at -40ºC to +85ºC. The ECS-TXO-20CSMV oscillators are available in a 4-pad, low-profile, industry-standard ceramic package of 2.0 mm x 1.6 mm x 0.8 mm. This component is a part of the ECS Inc. series of MultiVolt oscillators designed to operate on a variable supply voltage of 1.7 V to 3.465 V or from standard 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V supplies used in many designs. These are ideal for portable and wireless applications where stability is critical.
