000462 Pepper C1 RFID NFC Reader

Eccel Technology's Pepper C1 MUX module is the multiplexed version of the Pepper C1, a very powerful wireless and low-cost full RFID/NFC read/write device with wireless connectivity capabilities. The user can connect up to 8 external red RFID antennas. The Pepper C1 MUX operates in host-connected (secondary) mode or standalone polling mode.

Thanks to wireless connectivity, users receive free lifetime over-the-air updates, and the communication protocol can be used over TCP instead of the traditional UART/USB interface. Combining these features with standalone mode provides a straight-out-of-the-box, ready-to-use device for many applications. In standalone mode, the module can also send a tag UID over MQTT or WebSockets, making it easy to integrate with IoT systems.

This device also reads MIFARE® Classic® in 1 K and 4 K memory, the ICODE family, MIFARE Ultralight®, MIFARE DESFire® EV1/EV2, MIFARE Plus, and NTAG 2XX/4XX. Eccel Technology's Pepper C1 MUX has a wide range of support tools such as Windows client, Arduino library, STEP file, command line tool, Android App, and IOS App. This device has four available holes for easy mounting in a user product.

The Pepper C1 MUX is also available with RS232, USB, and serial (3.3 V UART) hard-wired connections.
