Power NTC Inrush Current Limiters - ICL Series
Eaton Electronics' ICL thermistors reduce nuisance openings of fuses and circuit breakers
Eaton Electronics’ NTC power thermistor circuit protection functions as a power resistor with high cold resistance but shifts to low hot resistance by current flowing through the ICL thermistor. ICLs provide higher efficiency than standard power resistors, come in a broad range of base resistance and beta values, and can handle current ratings up to 30 A.
