TL6150 Series Tact Switches with IP67 Rating

E-Switch's tact switch series offers multiple actuator heights and operating force options

Image of E-Switch TL6150 Series Tact Switches with IP67 RatingE-Switch's TL6150 tact series provides up to 5,000,000 cycle life expectancy in a 6.2 mm² footprint. This switch series features a soft rubber actuator available in two heights, 3.50 mm and 5.20 mm; offers termination options, Gull Wing or J Lead; and multiple force options indicated by actuator color:

  • Brown - 160 gf ±50 gf (5,000,000 cycles)
  • Red - 200 gf ±50 gf (500,000 cycles)
  • Orange - 350 gf ±100 gf (300,000 cycles)
The TL6150 series is rated IP67 for moisture and dust protection. Additional features include SPST Off-(On) function; 12 VDC, 50 mA contact rating, dielectric strength of 250 VAC for 1 minute; operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C. Travel varies with force – 0.3 mm (160 gf), 0.35 mm (200 gf), 0.5 mm (350 gf). The TL6150 is a surface mount tact switch and is packaged in tape-and-reel form. This tact series is suitable for audio/visual equipment, computer peripherals, computer electronics, medical equipment, telecommunication devices, and test and instrumentation equipment.
