TL3315 Series Ultra-Low-Profile Tactile Switch

E-Switch's TL3315 series tactile switch features a 0.55 mm profile and is surface mountable, making it great for applications that have a tight fit. The TL3315 tactile switches are available with three operating force options: 100 gf, 160 gf, or 250 gf. The TL3315 series tactile switches measure 4.5 mm x 4.5 mm and operate at -20°C to +70°C. They can be stored at -25°C to +80°C.

The three different operating forces result in different life expectancies. The 100 gf version of this tactile switch comes with the longest life expectancy of 1,000,000 cycles. The 160 gf option gives this tactile switch a life expectancy of 500,000 cycles, and the 250 gf version results in a 200,000-cycle life expectancy.

The contact rating of this switch is 50 mA at 15 V_DC. There is a contact resistance of 200 mΩ (initial max), insulation resistance of 50 MΩ (minimum at 100 V_DC), and a dielectric strength of 250 V_AC.
