TD1250 Series Detector Switches

E-Switch’s TD1250 series detector switches provide a contact rating of 1 mA/5 V_DC to 50 mA/16 V_DC with an electrical life expectancy of 300,000 cycles (5 V_DC, 1 mA), 200,000 cycles (12 V_DC, 50 mA), and 150,000 cycles (16 V_DC, 50 mA). Mechanical life expectancy is 500,000 cycles minimum with an operating temperature that ranges from -40°C to +85°C and provides moisture and dust protection rated to IP67.

The TD1250 series detector is SPST-NO and offers PCB or solder lug termination options to best suit various manufacturing requirements. The compact housing size is a good fit for product designs with limited space, measuring 8.25 mm by 5.25 mm by 11.70 mm (LxWxH). Multiple actuator options include a pin plunger, a straight lever, and an S-shaped lever to meet different requirements. The contact material is silver and the TD1250 series detector switch requires 160 gf to actuate.
