XRQ Series High-Reliability Quartz Crystals Designed to Meet Requirements for Automotive TPMS

Diodes’ XRQ series high-reliability quartz crystals are designed to meet requirements for automotive tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) applications and perform accurately in harsh conditions. These quartz crystals are qualified to AEC-Q200, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF16949:2016 certified facilities. The XRQ series cover three temperature ranges allowing them to support under-the-hood, passenger compartment hotspots, and general passenger compartment locations. They are seam-seal devices, available in three sizes of ceramic packages: XR32Q (3.2 mm x 2.5 mm), XR25Q (2.5 mm x 2.0 mm), and XR20Q (2.0 mm x 1.6 mm). These quartz crystals support frequencies from 12 MHz to 66 MHz. The XRQ series meets the requirements of the ultrasonic welding manufacturing process as well as the industry-standard drop test.
