Diodes' low-jitter clock buffers are designed for applications such as ADAS and infotainment
Diodes' PI6C49CB01Q/02Q/04xQ are automotive-compliant single-ended clock buffers that are AECQ100 Grade 2 (+105°C) and Grade 3 (+85°C) qualified in IATF16949 certified manufacturing sites supporting PPAP documentation. As automotive systems become more sophisticated, the clock tree gets more complicated. To service this, multiple output clock buffers with low jitter and low skew are required. The PI6C49CB01Q/02Q/04xQ devices meet this need with their one, two, and four CMOS/LVTTL outputs offering low skew, low additive jitter, and low power. These clock buffers are available in a SO-8 package.

- Output clocks are aligned and synced with low 25 ps skew
- As low as 5 mA total supply IDD at 1.5 V for 4-output devices

- Operating temperature ranges: -40°C to +105°C and -40°C to +85°C
- Output frequency: up to 360 MHz
