API772x Dual-Channel Digital Isolators

The Diodes API772x RobustISO™ family consists of high-performance, dual-channel digital isolators, boasting 5,000 V_RMS isolation ratings per UL 1577. Their insulation level fulfills the reinforced isolation requirements for VDE, UL, and CQC.

The API772x family’s data rates are up to 100 Mbps. The isolators are available in multiple digital channel direction configurations and default output levels. The devices have a wide operating supply voltage range of 2.5 V to 5.5 V. These parts provide strong electromagnetic immunity and benefit from low emissions at a low-power consumption level. The family has a minimum of 150 kV/μs common-mode transient immunity (CMTI). The API7720 has both its channels in the same direction, while the API7721 and API7722 have a channel in each direction. The default output is low for devices with an F-suffix and high for devices without the F-suffix.
