Image of Diodes' AP7315Q/AP7343Q Automotive LDOs Diodes' AP7315Q and AP7343Q are 150 mA and 300m A low dropout (LDO) regulators with high output voltage accuracy, low R_DS(ON), high PSRR, low output noise, and low quiescent current. The AP7315Q and AP7343Q are available with fixed-output voltage variants and an enable feature. Both are available with output discharge (AP7315DQ/43DQ) or non-discharge (AP7315Q/43Q) output support. With low-power consumption, line and load transient responses, the AP7315Q and AP7343Q are both well suited for noise-sensitive automotive applications. The AP7315Q and AP7343Q are automotive-compliant and PPAP capable, qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 in SOT25, and manufactured in IATF16949:2016 certified facilities.
