WICED® Wi-Fi CYW43907 Evaluation Kit

Infineon is an industry leader in enabling Wi-Fi connectivity for next generation IoT designs. Engineers can get started today with Infineon’s WICED Wi-Fi CYW43907 EVK (CYW943907AEVAL1F), which features a module based on Infineon’s CYW43907 device. CYW43907 is a small footprint single-chip 802.11n dual-band (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) Wi-Fi SoC that features 320 MHz ARM® Cortex®-R4 MCU for application subsystem and various on-chip interfaces like Ethernet (RMII/MII), UART, SPI/QSPI, and I²C.

The WICED Wi-Fi CYW43907 EVK allows for evaluation of the CYW43907 Wireless MCU and also supports the Arduino ecosystem, allowing designers to prototype additional hardware capabilities through off-the-shelf Arduino shields. Taking an IoT device from concept to production is no easy task, and so Infineon aims to help customers along the way by supplying this easy-to-use evaluation kit and an ecosystem of IoT partner Wi-Fi modules to greatly reduce time, risk, and cost when getting to production.

The CYW43907 Wireless MCU and this EVK are supported in WICED Studio 5.0 (or later). Infineon’s WICED Studio is the only SDK for IoT that integrates Wi-Fi and Bluetooth into a single IDE.
