CotoMOS® C224S/C236S/C241S Series MOSFET Relays

Coto Technology CotoMOS C224S, C236S, and C241S series high-current MOSFET relays feature high-current switching capabilities of up to 5 A and handle up to 60 V conditions while providing up to 1500 V of input to output isolation and ON resistance as low as 0.02 Ω nominal. Using highly reliable, custom-designed MOSFET technology, CotoMOS solid-state relays provide high performance for applications requiring low input power, low ON resistance, and virtually unlimited life. These high-current MOSFET relays are designed for use in automatic test equipment, industrial controls, and measurement and instrumentation applications. They are also ideal for use in security systems and AI applications requiring low ON resistance. These relays are packaged in a 1A, 4-pin surface-mount SOP configuration and are RoHS compliant.
