Cosel’s TUNS series AC/DC converters are ideal for small space, low-profile designs
Cosel's TUNS series is a board level AC/DC power module available in power levels of 50 W to 700 W. The TUNS series is ideal for low profile and high temperature applications. In applications where the power supply is in a sealed cabinet, the TUNS can be the ideal solution as the base plate can be mounted to the side of a cabinet with heat sinking on the outside. No need to provide forced air or ventilation.
The TUNS series requires some external components. Cosel provides reference drawings and component lists to assist the design engineer.

- Output voltages from 5 VDC to 48 VDC depending on model
- PFC up to 0.96
- Base-plate cooled
- TUNS700 with the -P option can be operated in parallel
- The output voltage can be adjusted with a fixed or variable resistor
- Remote ON/OFF available on 300 W to 700 W versions
- Sense available on 100 W to 700 W versions
- High reliability: no aluminum or tantalum electrolytic capacitors
- Built in OCP, OVP, and thermal protection circuits
