Handheld Digital Manometers

Nidec Components’ PG-100 series handheld digital manometers are suitable for monitoring pressure of various types of industrial equipment, pneumatic instruments, factory automation equipment, and for various field service calibrations. The compact size makes it easy to carry around. A diffusion-type semiconductor sensor provides excellent stability and high accuracy.

The PG-100N series is the next-generation model of PG-100 series. The updated microcomputer provides additional functions to the digital manometer. Zero-point adjustment can be achieved with a single touch of a button. Pressing down on the “Zero” button for 3 seconds will automatically calibrate the zero-point to atmospheric pressure. Pressure units can be changed in selected models.

The PG-100B series is the latest model which uses SUS316L stainless steel diaphragm for pressure sensing. This allows the PG-100B series to measure both gas and liquid pressure. The same microcomputer used in PG-100N is also used in PG-100B series, thus providing the same functionality as PG-100N series such as one-touch zero-point adjustment. Like the PG-100N series, pressure units can be changed in selected models.

Both PG-100N and PG-100B series run on commercially available AAA batteries. Battery life is 1,000 hrs minimum on alkaline batteries.
