Connor-Winfield’s FT9-P series module is a low phase noise frequency translator module. This high-performance product takes an incoming 3.3 V CMOS reference signal input at frequencies from 8 kHz to 125 MHz and converts to frequencies from 8 kHz to 156.25 MHz. With its internal analog PLL system, the module cleans the jitter from the reference input, generating a low phase noise and low jitter output signal. Initial parameters are preset at the factory, including reference input and output frequencies, based on an onboard, low phase noise VCXO.
The module is intended to be a complete system requiring no additional external components for easy integration into host systems. The small 9 mm x 9 mm form factor product is RoHS and REACH compliant and can operate over wide temperature ranges up to +105°C.
