CDBZ5T30100 Schottky Barrier Rectifier

Comchip’s Schottky rectifier, CDBZ5T30100-HF, has a forward current of 30 A and reverse voltage of 100 V. The surface-mount SMC/Z5-T package is leadless, low profile, and ideal for high-speed surface-mount process. The CDBZ5T30100-HF features low power loss and high efficiency, with peak forward surge current of 350 A. The part is REACH and RoHS compliant and, halogen-free, and lead-free. CDBZ5T30100-HF has a dimension of 8.0 x 5.0 x 1.2 mm and contains a 30 A, 100 V Schottky barrier-rectifier chip that offers an operating junction temperature range of -55 to 150°C. The SMC/Z5-T package meets UL 94V-0 flammability classification. The terminals are matte-tin plated and solderable per MIL-STD-750, method 2026.
