Twinaxial and Triaxial Connectors

Signals require protection from extraneous noise through non-signal carrying shielding. These interfacing connectors must provide contact surfaces that are isolated from each other, as well as from the outer shield. Trompeter twinaxial and triaxial connectors from Cinch Connectivity Solutions are designed with two concentric contacts that are isolated from each other and the shielding connection.

These concentric, twinaxial and triaxial connectors are ideal for applications where weight is not a primary concern. They are commonly used in digital data buses, video pairs, MIL-STD-1553C (airborne/ground, primary/redundant), base-band circuits, and any application for “noise-free guarded” circuits.
