High-Performance, General-Purpose Passive Probes

Amphenol CDI offers low-cost, high-performance, compact CATIII probes and CATIV probes in a UL-certified plastic body suitable for a variety of applications. The passive probe is a standard, commercial, off-the-shelf system engineered to deliver consistent, repeatable, and dependable results. The passive probe provides an industry-leading combination of high bandwidth and high voltage in a low-cost, rugged, general-purpose probing solution.

The P500 is a UL-certified 300 V CAT II probe that operates over the frequency range of DC - 500 MHz. The P200 is a UL-certified 250 V CAT II probe that operates over the frequency range of DC - 10 MHz or DC - 200 MHz. With a miniaturized probe head, it is ideal for probing fine-pitch ICs with tight pin pitch. The probe also supports automatic attenuation scaling via BNC interface when used with compatible oscilloscopes. Both P500 and P200 probes come with a kit that includes a BNC adapter, insulating tip cap, grabber hook, RF ground spring, and alligator ground lead.
