CMEB Extendable DIN Rail Terminal Enclosure

CamdenBoss’ UK-manufactured CMEB is part of its DIN rail enclosure family with a wide array of forward-thinking features. The CMEB extendible DIN rail terminal enclosure features two removable side panels that allow easy access to internal wiring. It is supplied ready for installation and comes pre-fitted with eight 7 mm saddle washer terminals secured by M3 screws. Connecting internal components to these terminals is easy, thanks to integrated internal solder tags.

The CMEB can be mounted on an industry-standard 35 mm DIN rail compliant with DIN 43880, or it can be mounted directly onto a wall when the mounting clips are extended. Users have two body options available and three tops to choose from. The solid top body provides a recess for the addition of overlays. Alternatively, the open-top body lets users choose between two interchangeable tops, a snap-fit solid or clear top.

When the side panels are removed, multiple modules can be connected using the unique extension kit. A suitably sized enclosure can be assembled based on width requirements. The extension arms connect with a simple snap-fit method and add additional PCB positions. These extended vertical and horizontal PCB positions give the option to separate sides for low/high voltage and input/output wires .
