Formed from durable 16-gauge steel with continuous seam welded corners, theses boxes are tested and listed to UL-508 type 4x requirements. This makes them ideal for outdoor or factory floor requirements.

Bud adds additional value to the enclosure by including accessories, such as the 14-gauge zinc plated internal mounting panel and wall mount brackets that are included at no extra charge. Bonding studs for grounding are provided on the base and door. The hinged cover clamps to the base with a keyed quarter turn latch, creating a true watertight seal. Additionally, do not forget that Bud and Digi-Key can modify this box to develop a "turn-key" unit. The standard finish is a smooth gray powder coat.
