These expandable safety controllers can adapt to a variety of machines, including large-scale ones with multiple processes.

  • Add up to eight expansion I/O modules to adapt as automation requirements grow or change
  • Choose from six expansion module models that feature a variety of safety inputs, solid-state safety outputs, and safety relay outputs
  • Access detailed status and performance data from each connected safety device via ISD
  • Connect up to 32 safety devices in series in each ISD chain
  • Program in minutes with intuitive, easy-to-use configuration software
  • Share status and performance data via industrial Ethernet communication protocols, including EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus/TCP, PCCC, and PROFINET
  • Access configuration and live view via Ethernet connection
  • Configure up to 256 virtual status outputs with Ethernet-enabled models
  • Monitor I/O and assist in troubleshooting and commissioning by way of innovative live display and diagnostics
