TCJ Series Standard Polymer

KYOCERA AVX surface mount polymer capacitor series TCJ offers the industry highest rated voltage polymers up to 125°C that are applicable for up to 100 V applications. Exhibiting low ESR, these capacitors are for general use in commercial, industrial, networking and other applications. The series offers wide range of capacitance in 17 SMD case sizes with industry standard J-lead terminations, and a maximum operating temperature up to 125°C. Polymer capacitors standard derating rules 10% for low voltage products, 20% for high voltage ones. The conductive polymer electrode exhibits a benign failure mode under recommended use conditions. Lead-free, halogen free m.compound, RoHS compliant components.

TCM Series Multi Anode Polymer

KYOCERA AVX’s TCM series of conductive polymers with multi-anode construction to achieve extremely low ESR, offer solutions for applications in telecommunication, wireless data transfer and other high-performance power applications such as power processors and integrated circuits. TCM series capacitors can be loaded to higher continuous current, and they are more robust against current surges and exhibit benign failure mode. TCM’s robust multi-anode design exhibits high volumetric efficiency offering high Capacitance up to 1000 μF, rated voltages up to 100 V and shows high frequency Capacitance retention.

TCR Series High-Rel Polymer

TCR Professional series of conductive polymer capacitors is designed for use in high reliability applications with demand for stable and longer time performance – such as high power DC/DC converters employed in telecommunications, industrial, and avionics. All parts are subjected to KYOCERA AVX’s patented Q-Process of maverick part control with statistical screening and process control enhancement ensuring high performance in demanding environment.

The series exhibits improved basic reliability 0.5%/1000hrs at 85°C, wide range of rated voltage from 10V to 63V, lower DCL 0.05xCV on selected part numbers and improved stability at biased humidity. Rated for operation up to 105°C.

TCH Series Hermetically Sealed Space Level Polymer

Hermetical packaging of conductive polymer capacitors in TCH series suppress impact of humidity and oxidization, and offers the industry longest operational life 10,000 hours for selected part types. Facedown technology provides very high capacitance in miniature SMD cases down to 0603 footprint and 0.9mm maximum height for high volumetric efficiency. TCQ Series Automotive AEC-200 Polymer

KYOCERA AVX’s TCQ low ESR conductive polymer capacitors series with AEC-Q200 qualified components developed to deliver high endurance & performance stability to address the reliability requirements of automotive applications. TCB Series Conductive Polymer

TCB is a COTS Plus upscreened version of TCR professional conductive polymer series designed for use in demanding industrial applications requiring very low ESR with stable, high frequency CAP retension and longer life performance – such as high power DC/DC converters employed in telecommunications, industrial and avionics. The series exhibits improved basic reliability 0.5%/1000hrs at 85°C, and the capacitors are designed to withstand biased humidity testing at 85°C/85% R.H. for at least 500 hours and rated for operation up to 125°C. Additional surge screening at -55°C and 85°C and SnPb plating optional upon request.
