Microchip's SAMC-series Arm Cortex-M0+ MCUs are designed for home and industrial applications
A rich set of peripherals, migration flexibility, and ease-of-use make the Microchip SAMC20 Arm Cortex-M0+ based microcontroller series ideal for a wide range of consumer, industrial, and other applications. SAMC20 and C21 devices are designed for migration between all SAM C devices to help with the design process.
These devices include identical peripheral modules, hex-compatible code, and a linear address map to the SAM C family. The SAM C20 family allows the user to migrate in the range of 10-20 ADC channels, 32 KB to 256 KB Flash, and 32- to 64-pin packages. Additional options in the SAMC21 include a 16-bit SDADC as well as CAN and SERCOM communication.
SAMC20 Features

- 2.7 V to 5.5 V operating voltage
- Four flexible serial communication modules (SERCOM)
- 12-bit ADC (SAM C20J: 12 channels; SAM C20G: 12 channels; SAM C20E: 10 channels)
- Hardware touch support
- QFP and QFN package options (SAM C20J: 64 pins; SAM C20G: 48 pins; SAM C20E: 32 pins)

- 16-bit SDADC (SAM C21J: 3 channels; SAM C21G: 2 channels; SAM C21E: 1 channel)
