APY111G Series High-Current MOSFET Output Solid-State Relays

The APY111G series of MOSFET output solid-state relays from APSEMI come in an SOP4 package and can provide I/O insulation voltages of 2500 V_RMS. These photorelays, with their stable and safe electrical isolation performance, are widely used in automation and control systems, switch controls, lighting controls, and motor controls.
