SB® Series Connectors
Anderson Power’s SB connectors have superior chemical resistance and a broad operating temperature range
Anderson Power’s two-pole SB connectors are ideal for DC power distribution and battery connections. These connectors are rugged, damage-resistant housings featuring a one-piece plastic housing using stainless steel springs to hold low-resistance contacts in place. Wire sizes from 16 AWG to 6 AWG (1.5 mm² to 13.3 mm²) are held in the smallest SB series housings.
The chemical-resistant (CR) connector line was developed for customers whose applications require robust connector solutions offering durability against environmental factors that commonly degrade standard products. The housing material provides improved resistance to hydrocarbons and solvents and an extended temperature range. The CR connectors are ideal for a variety of industries, including automotive, industrial, and personal mobility. In addition, these housings offer all the benefits of the industry-standard Powerpole® products, including color and mechanical coding, hot plug capability, and genderless design. These products are fully intermateable and interchangeable with the standard lines of connectors and accept the same range of contacts.

- SB 120 series
- Extended range contacts expand wire size up to 1 AWG (42.4 mm²)
- Allows UL-rated currents up to 240 A
- Chemical-resistant housing option
- Extends temperature range down to -40°C while offering enhanced UV and chemical resistance
- Panel mounting grooves
- With use of mounting clamps, can be easily mounted through panels
- Extended range contacts expand wire size up to 1 AWG (42.4 mm²)
- Enhanced UV resistance
- Prevents material degradation from prolonged sunlight exposure
- Marked for easy identification of material
- Chemical-resistant housings are marked with a “P” for PBT
- SB 175 series
- Standard housing uses up to 1/0 AWG (50 mm²) wire and allows currents up to 280 A
- SB 2/0 AWG housing allows use of 2/0 AWG (70 mm²) wire and handles up to 340 A
- Same external dimensions as standard SB175 and completely intermateable
- UL rated for hot plugging up to 100 A
- Chemical-resistant housing option
- Extends temperature range down to -40°C while offering enhanced UV and chemical resistance

- Allows one connection system to meet multiple application needs
- SB 350 series
- Up to 350 mcm (185 mm²) wires
- Allows UL-rated currents up to 500 A
- Chemical-resistant housing option
- Extends temperature range down to -40°C while offering enhanced UV and chemical resistance
- Same housings used for wire and busbar contacts
- Enables color-coded mechanically keyed wire to busbar connections
- Up to 350 mcm (185 mm²) wires
