TS-8726 Ultra-Accurate Dual-Axis Inclinometer
Analog Technologies ultra-accurate inclinometers are designed for critical infrastructure and industrial systems
The Analog Technologies TS-8726-R03 is a dual-axis inclinometer designed for critical infrastructure and industrial systems. Utilizing MEMS technology, this sensor achieves an accuracy of 0.003° within a ±30° measurement range. With RS232, RS485, and TTL output options, it integrates into diverse communication frameworks. The sensor incorporates a high-resolution differential digital-to-analog converter paired with automatic compensation and filtering algorithms to minimize environmental interference. Measurements are derived from changes in the static gravity field, converted into inclination angles, and output digitally as roll and pitch angles.
Factory calibration ensures performance consistency. Each unit undergoes pre-calibration to align with the Cartesian axis of its packaging, addressing cross-axis errors and misalignments. Full temperature compensation across the operating range of -40°C to +85°C reduces sensitivity to thermal fluctuations, maintaining accuracy in varying conditions.
The IP67-rated housing, vibration/impact resistance of 2,000g, 0.5 ms, and wide temperature tolerance make it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor supports horizontal or vertical mounting and includes serial port debugging software for real-time calibration. With an MTBF of 90,000 hours, it ensures reliable long-term operation.
