The AS621x family expands ams OSRAM's low-power consumption temperature sensor offering at 6 µA @Operation and 0.1 µA @Standby. The AS6212, AS6214, and AS6218 are complete digital sensor systems offering different temperature accuracies, ranging from ±0.2°C to ±0.8°C, to meet the needs of various markets. The AS621x is an easy to integrate and use solution featuring a factory-calibrated sensor, integrated linearization, and the possibility to use eight different I²C addresses, enabling the use of eight AS621x devices on one bus. AS621x comes in a small WLCSP (1.5 mm x 1 mm) package, using less board space and faster response time.
