Minitek® Pwr CEM-5 PCIe

Amphenol Communications Solutions' Gen 5, Minitek Pwr PCIe connector system is an introduction CEM 5.0 PCI Express® 12V-2x6 auxiliary power connector and cable assembly which supports the 600 W GPU cards. The 12V-2x6 auxiliary power connector is not designed to mate with legacy PCI Express 2x3 and 2x4 12 V auxiliary power connectors. The 12V-2x6 auxiliary power connector power pins have a 3.00 mm pitch, while the contacts in a legacy 2x3 and 2x4 connector lie on a larger 4.20 mm pitch. This PCIe connector system (CEM-5) is designed for power applications with current rating up to 9.5 A/pin (12 pins energized) and the four signal pins supporting signal transmission.

The Minitek® Pwr 5.7 is a flexible and comprehensive solution for power application with a high current rating up to 28A per contact and wire gauge range from 16AWG-12AWG for wire-to-board application. Minitek® Pwr 5.7 features polarized mating geometry, this helps to prevent mismating. It offers a wide operating temperature, ranging -40°C to 120°C, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The scoop-proof housing prevents terminals from damage.

The Minitek® Pwr 4.2mm connector is a flexible and comprehensive solution designed for power applications rated up to 9A per circuit. The dual-row version provides 2-24 circuits, and the single-row version provides 3-5 circuits.

The Minitek® Pwr 4.2 High Current Connector (HCC) is designed for high-current, and power-dense applications with a current rating up to 13A per contact and wire gauge range from 30AWG - 16AWG. These are used for both wire-to-wire and wire-to-board applications. It is available in 2 to 24 circuits for dual row and 3 to 5 circuits for single row. Current rating up to 13A per contact.

Minitek® Pwr 3.0

The Minitek® Pwr 3.0 is a flexible and comprehensive solution designed for power application with a current rating up to 5A per contact. It is available in 2 to 24 circuits for dual row and 2 to 12 circuits for single row. Crimp, snap-in header and receptacle contacts are used to terminate 30AWG-20AWG wires. Header and receptacle housings allow wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configurations. Header assemblies for wire-to-board interconnections include vertical and right angle components. These wave soldering headers are available in through-hole configurations.

The Minitek® Pwr 3.0 High Current Connector (HCC) is designed for high-current, and power-dense applications with a current rating up to 12A per contact and wire gauge range from 16AWG - 30AWG. These are used for both wire-to-wire and wire-to-board applications. It is available in 2 to 24 circuits for single row.

Amphenol ICC offers their Minitek power 5.7mm connector system. This is a flexible and comprehensive connector solution which is well suited for power applications.
