Image of Amphenol's MUSBR Series Rugged USB 3.0 Connectors Amphenol Communications Solutions' MUSBR series USB 3.0 type A connectors meet military shock and vibration levels and are rated IP67 per IEC 60529 in both mated and unmated conditions. This connector system is designed to provide a standard USB type A interface for enclosures that are exposed to harsh environments. The USB connectors mate with any standard USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 type A plug with data rates up to 5 Gb/s (USB 3.1 Gen 1). The rugged 3.0 USB connectors are available in right angle and vertical mount; right angle and vertical PCB tail versions are also available.
