Rugged USB Type CAmphenol's rugged USB Type-C (MUSBR series) connectors are rated IP67 and come in right angle and vertical PCB tail versions and are available on an interposer card with any connector type on the opposite side. The receptacles will engage with the plug regardless of how the plug is inserted and provide a multi-function, single cable solution for USB, power and audio video.
Rugged USBAmphenol's MUSB/MUSBR series connectors meet military shock and vibration levels and meet and exceed IP67 ratings per IEC60529 in mated and unmated conditions. This USB connector is designed to provide a standard USB interface for enclosures exposed to harsh environments. These connectors mate with any USB 2.0 plug with data rates up to 480 Mb/s. The MUSBR series is epoxy-free and is available in right angle and vertical mount.
Locking USBAmphenol's LUSB series Type-A connector is available in right angle and has a unique latching mechanism that was developed to address the unintentional interruption of data transmission. This connector was designed so an accidental pull on the cable up to 50N (11.2 lbs) of force will not separate the connector.
Rugged Modular JacksAmphenol's MRJ/MRJR series RJ45 connectors are an ideal solution for network data access in harsh and demanding environmental conditions with optional EMI and transient voltage protection. These connectors are water resistant in both mated and unmated conditions. Protection is provided for applications that need IP67 or greater protection per IEC 60529 specifications. The MRJR series is epoxy-free and is designed to provide a standard interface for harsh environments where Ethernet/IP Protocol is used. Data rates conform to 10BaseT or 100BaseT Ethernet.
Rugged D-SubsAmphenol's MDB/MDBR series is available in 9 or 26 position standard density pin and socket connectors. This connector system is designed to provide a standard D-sub interface for enclosures exposed to harsh environments. The MDBR series has termination options that include vertical PCB tails and solder cups suitable for up to 20 AWG for the 9 position or 22 AWG for the 15 and 26 position connectors. Protection is provided for applications that need IP67 or greater protection per IEC 60529 specifications.
Rugged HDMIAmphenol's MHDR series connectors provide a High Definition Multimedia Interface for transmitting digital audiovisual signals. Receptacles will mate with any standard type A HDMI plug and is available in the right angle PCB tail version. Electrical performance complies with HDMI specification version 1.4a and protection is provided 60529.for IP67 applications per IEC 60529.
High PerformanceAmphenol's high performance Modular Jacks meet CAT5e and CAT6 performance per EIA-568-C.2. It supports Gigabit Ethernet Protocols and 10G Ethernet over lengths up to 50 M. Shielding available for increased EMI performance.
RJ MagneticsAmphenol's RJMG series offers a wide variety of fully RoHS-compliant magnetic modular jacks for RJ45. The right angle, through-hole type is offered in both single- and multi-port (1 x 2, 1 x 4, and 2 x 2 configurations) with options of tab-up and tab-down. These connectors have a wide variety of LED options and are appropriate for fast (10/100 base-t) and gigabit Ethernet applications.
StandardAmphenol has the widest variety of RJ11 and RJ45 connectors. Options to choose from are tab orientation, shielding, LEDs, light pipes, mounting, port configurations, position, housing color and composition. Amphenol’s LEDs are more robust and better suited for the high temperature, lead-free IR reflow solder process with housing materials made to withstand higher temperatures and are UL 94V-0 flame retardant.
Filter ConnectorsAmphenol offers a wide variety of Filter Connectors that are a compact solution to filter unwanted EMI. Amphenol's Filter Connectors deliver better EMI control, and allow for PCB space savings. It is easy to improve EMC performance by replacing the connector with a Filter Connector and delivers cost savings by using fewer components.
D-SubsAmphenol's D-Subs are designed to accommodate rack and panel, cable-to-panel and cable-to-cable applications. Various options include solder cup, right angle, crimp, surface mount, stacked, and solderless wire wrap. Five shells sizes are available with contact positions ranging from 9 to 50 in standard density and 15 to 78 in high density. Inserts are flame-retardant thermoplastic and accessories are available such as strain reliefs, cable clamps, shielded backshells, mating hardware and connector to PCB mounting hardware.
