AK5578EN 121dB, 768 kHz, 32-Bit Premium ADC

AKM's AK5578EN is a 32-bit, 768 kHz sampling, differential input A/D converter for digital audio systems. It achieves a 121 dB dynamic range and 112 dB S/(N+D) while maintaining low power consumption.

The AK5578EN integrates an 8-channel A/D converter that is suitable for mixers and multichannel recorders. Four types of digital filters are integrated and selectable according to the sound quality preference.

The AK5578EN can be easily connected to a DSP by supporting TDM audio formats. Additionally, it supports DSD output up to 11.2 MHz. The channel summation improves the dynamic range to 124 dB in 8-to-4 mode, 127 dB in 8-to-2 mode, and 130 dB in 8-to-1 mode.
