Offered in straight-fin, cross-cut and the ultra-performance maxiFLOW™ fin geometries, ATS pushPIN™ heat sink line is suited to meet a wide-variety of applications for components ranging in size from 25 mm to 70 mm. Push-pins are offered in brass and plastic and are packaged with different compression springs to achieve the precise force required for secure attachment.

• Select from over 112 fine-pitch heat sinks designed for high-velocity airflows and 98 course pitch heat sinks designed for low-velocity air-flow conditions
• Push-pins feature a flexible barb at the end that is designed to engage with predrilled holes in a PCB
• Compression springs add the necessary force to hold the assembly together for secure attachment
• Push-pins are available in brass or plastic in 10 sizes and a stainless steel hardware kit is available for a more secure attachment
• Lightweight, aluminum heat sink is extruded from AL6063 for optimal heat transfer and finished with blue anodization
• Heat sinks pre-assembled with phase-changing material for increased thermal performance. Double-sided thermal tape and no thermal interface material options are available to meet application specific requirements
