(ATS) provides exceptional thermal management for high-power electronics. This innovative cold plate allows components to be mounted on both sides, significantly enhancing cooling performance and adaptability for a wide range of high-demand applications. Designed to accommodate coolant flow rates of up to 4 GPM, the ATS-THCP-1000 achieves remarkably low thermal resistance, ensuring optimal operating temperatures and extending the lifespan of critical components. Each cold plate features etched "NO DRILL ZONES" on both surfaces, serving as a visual guide for precise mounting and preventing damage to the internal fluid channels. The component cooling area can be safely drilled to a depth of 7 mm, protecting the integrity of the cooling pathways. Manufactured from aluminum 6063, this compact and robust cold plate offers a uniform surface temperature, making it an ideal solution for systems where efficient and localized heat removal is paramount.
